33 U.S.C. § 44 — Sturgeon Bay, Illinois

This law says two specific stretches of Sturgeon Bay, in Mercer County, Illinois, don't count as navigable waters of the United States. The first is the part of the west fork of Sturgeon Bay that lies west of a survey line — the boundary between the east half and west half of the east half of section 25, in township 14 north, range 6 west of the fourth principal meridian. The second is the part of the east fork of Sturgeon Bay that lies north of the north line of section 30, in township 14 north, range 5 west of the fourth principal meridian.
