33 U.S.C. § 53a — Additional portion of Benton Harbor Canal, abandoned as navigable water

This section deals with the Benton Harbor Canal in the city of Benton Harbor, Michigan. It covers the part of the canal that runs from the west line of Ninth Street (extended north) to the west line of Riverview Drive (extended north).
