The Attorney General must run a program to train tribal law enforcement. The goal is a victim-centered approach to trafficking cases.
The Attorney General, working with the Director of the Office of Tribal Justice, must run a program that gives tribal law enforcement officials technical assistance and training. The goal is to help them use a victim-centered approach when investigating and prosecuting severe forms of trafficking in persons*, as that term is defined in 22 U.S.C. § 7102.
The Attorney General, in consultation with the Director of the Office of Tribal Justice, shall carry out a program under which tribal law enforcement officials may receive technical assistance and training to pursue a victim-centered approach to investigating and prosecuting severe forms of trafficking in persons* (as defined in section 7102 of title 22).
