The Attorney General must split a state's grant increase between two programs. 25 percent goes to the program under section 21301(1)(A), and 75 percent goes to the program under section 21301(1)(B).
The Attorney General must allocate a state's increase under the covered formula grants this way: (1) 25 percent of the increase goes to the program described in section 21301(1)(A); and (2) 75 percent of the increase goes to the program described in section 21301(1)(B).
The Attorney General shall allocate an increase in the amount provided to a State under the covered formula grants under this chapter such that—
25 percent 1 the amount of the increase is provided under the program described in section 21301(1)(A) of this title; and
75 percent 1 the amount of the increase is provided under the program described in section 21301(1)(B) of this title.
