A U.S. citizen who was honorably discharged from the Armed Forces can join the corporation. The corporation's bylaws set the rules for membership and members' rights, except where this chapter says otherwise.
To join the corporation, a person must be a United States citizen and must have been honorably discharged from the Armed Forces.
Beyond that basic rule, the corporation's bylaws control who is eligible to be a member and what rights and privileges members have. The bylaws control unless this chapter says something different.
A citizen of the United States who was honorably discharged from the Armed Forces is eligible for membership in the corporation. Except as provided in this chapter, eligibility for membership and the rights and privileges of members are as provided in the bylaws.
