This section sets membership rules for the corporation. Except as this chapter provides, membership eligibility follows the corporation's own constitution and bylaws. Member rights and privileges also come from those same documents.
Except where this chapter says otherwise, who can join the corporation, and what rights and privileges members have, are set by the corporation's own constitution and bylaws.
Except as provided in this chapter, eligibility for membership in the corporation and the rights and privileges of members are as provided in the constitution and bylaws of the corporation.
