This section charters Jewish War Veterans, U.S.A., National Memorial. This nonprofit corporation is incorporated and based in the District of Columbia. Except as otherwise provided, the corporation exists forever.
(a) Federal Charter.— Jewish War Veterans, U.S.A., National Memorial, Incorporated — called “the corporation” in this chapter — is a federally chartered corporation.
(b) Place of Incorporation and Domicile.— The corporation is a nonprofit corporation incorporated and based in the District of Columbia.
(c) Perpetual Existence.— Unless another rule says otherwise, the corporation exists forever.
Jewish War Veterans, U.S.A., National Memorial, Incorporated (in this chapter, the “corporation”), is a federally chartered corporation.
The corporation is declared to be a nonprofit corporation incorporated and domiciled in the District of Columbia.
Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
