Little League Baseball, Incorporated, is a federally chartered corporation that generally exists indefinitely.
(a) Federal charter.—Little League Baseball, Incorporated (called “the corporation” in this chapter) is a federally chartered corporation. (b) Perpetual existence.—Unless another rule applies, the corporation exists indefinitely.
Little League Baseball, Incorporated (in this chapter, the “corporation”), is a federally chartered corporation.
Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
