Military Order of the Purple Heart of the United States of America, Incorporated is federally chartered, incorporated, and domiciled in the District of Columbia, with perpetual existence unless otherwise provided.
(a) Federal Charter.—Military Order of the Purple Heart of the United States of America, Incorporated is a federally chartered corporation. In this chapter, it is called the “corporation”. (b) Place of Incorporation and Domicile.—The corporation is declared incorporated and domiciled in the District of Columbia. (c) Perpetual Existence.—Unless another provision says otherwise, the corporation continues to exist permanently.
Military Order of the Purple Heart of the United States of America, Incorporated (in this chapter, the “corporation”), is a federally chartered corporation.
The corporation is declared to be incorporated and domiciled in the District of Columbia.
Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
