The President may issue a yearly proclamation naming October 15 as White Cane Safety Day. It calls on Americans to mark the day with appropriate ceremonies and activities.
The President may issue a proclamation each year that: (1) designates October 15 as White Cane Safety Day; and (2) calls on the people of the United States to observe White Cane Safety Day with appropriate ceremonies and activities.
The President may issue each year a proclamation—
designating October 15 as White Cane Safety Day; and
calling on the people of the United States to observe White Cane Safety Day with appropriate ceremonies and activities.
