The National Fund for Medical Education is a federally chartered corporation incorporated and domiciled in the District of Columbia. Unless otherwise provided, it exists permanently.
(a) Federal Charter.—The National Fund for Medical Education, called the “corporation” in this chapter, is a federally chartered corporation. (b) Place of Incorporation and Domicile.—The corporation is incorporated and domiciled in the District of Columbia. (c) Perpetual Existence.—Unless otherwise provided, the corporation exists permanently.
National Fund for Medical Education (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.
The corporation is declared to be incorporated and domiciled in the District of Columbia.
Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
