(a) Federal Charter.—The National Tropical Botanical Garden is a federally chartered corporation. (b) Perpetual Existence.—Unless this chapter says otherwise, the corporation exists indefinitely.

(b) Perpetual Existence.—Unless this chapter provides otherwise, the corporation continues to exist indefinitely.
National Tropical Botanical Garden (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.
Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
