Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War is federally chartered and incorporated and domiciled in the District of Columbia. Unless another rule applies, it exists perpetually.
(a) Federal Charter.— Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War (called the “corporation” in this chapter) is a federally chartered corporation.
(b) Place of Incorporation and Domicile.— The corporation is declared incorporated and domiciled in the District of Columbia.
(c) Perpetual Existence.— Unless this chapter provides otherwise, the corporation exists perpetually.
Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.
The corporation is declared to be incorporated and domiciled in the District of Columbia.
Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
