This section federally charters the Air Force Sergeants Association. It's a nonprofit incorporated in the District of Columbia. The charter expires if the group breaks any rule in this chapter.
(a) Federal Charter. The Air Force Sergeants Association, called "the corporation" in this chapter, is a nonprofit corporation incorporated in the District of Columbia, and this chapter gives it a federal charter.
(b) Expiration of Charter. If the corporation fails to follow any rule in this chapter, the charter this chapter grants it expires.
Air Force Sergeants Association (in this chapter, the “corporation”), a nonprofit corporation incorporated in the District of Columbia, is a federally chartered corporation.
If the corporation does not comply with any provision of this chapter, the charter granted by this chapter expires.
