The 369th Veterans' Association is a nonprofit incorporated in New York that Congress has federally chartered. If it breaks any rule in this chapter, its federal charter ends.
(a) Federal Charter.— The 369th Veterans' Association (called "the corporation" in this chapter), a nonprofit corporation incorporated in New York, is a federally chartered corporation.
(b) Expiration of Charter.— If the corporation fails to follow any provision of this chapter, the charter granted by this chapter expires.
369th Veterans’ Association (in this chapter, the “corporation”), a nonprofit corporation incorporated in New York, is a federally chartered corporation.
If the corporation does not comply with any provision of this chapter, the charter granted by this chapter expires.
