The American Hospital of Paris is a federally chartered corporation, declared to be incorporated in the District of Columbia. Unless a law says otherwise, the corporation exists forever.
(a) Federal Charter: The American Hospital of Paris -- called "the corporation" in this chapter -- is a corporation chartered by the federal government.
(b) Place of Incorporation: The corporation is declared to be incorporated in the District of Columbia.
(c) Perpetual Existence: Unless another law says otherwise, the corporation exists forever.
American Hospital of Paris (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.
The corporation is declared to be incorporated in the District of Columbia.
Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
