The United States Capitol Historical Society is a federally chartered corporation, incorporated in the District of Columbia. Unless a law says otherwise, it exists forever.
(a) Federal Charter.— The United States Capitol Historical Society (called "the corporation" in this chapter) is a federally chartered corporation.
(b) Place of Incorporation.— The corporation is declared to be incorporated in the District of Columbia.
(c) Perpetual Existence.— Unless another provision says otherwise, the corporation exists forever.
