The United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee is a federally chartered corporation that, unless a law says otherwise, exists forever. Any old reference to the "United States Olympic Association" or "United States Olympic Committee" now means this corporation.
(a) Federal Charter.— The corporation is a federally chartered corporation.
(b) Perpetual Existence.— Unless another provision says otherwise, the corporation exists forever.
(c) References to United States Olympic Association and United States Olympic Committee.— Any reference to the United States Olympic Association or the United States Olympic Committee now means the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee.
The corporation is a federally chartered corporation.
Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
Any reference to the United States Olympic Association or the United States Olympic Committee is deemed to refer to the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee.
