Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc. — a nonprofit incorporated in New York — receives a federal charter under this chapter. If the corporation fails to follow any rule in this chapter, that federal charter expires.
(a) Federal Charter. Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc., called "the corporation" in this chapter, is a nonprofit corporation that was incorporated in New York. This chapter gives it a federal charter.
(b) Expiration of Charter. If the corporation fails to comply with any provision of this chapter, the charter this chapter grants expires.
Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc. (in this chapter, the “corporation”), a nonprofit corporation incorporated in New York, is a federally chartered corporation.
If the corporation does not comply with any provision of this chapter, the charter granted by this chapter expires.
