The President’s Committee on Employment of People With Disabilities may accept unpaid volunteer services. It may also solicit, accept, use, and dispose of money or property it receives.
The Committee (1) may accept voluntary uncompensated services despite section 1342 of title 31; and (2) may solicit, accept, use, and dispose of money or property it receives.
The President’s Committee on Employment of People With Disabilities—
notwithstanding section 1342 of title 31, may accept voluntary and uncompensated services; and
may solicit, accept, use, and dispose of any money or property the Committee receives.
