36 U.S.C. § 151307 — Provision and acceptance of support by Administrator

(a) Provision by Administrator.—(1) The Administrator of the United States Fire Administration of the Federal Emergency Management Agency: (A) may provide the corporation with personnel, facilities, and other administrative services; and (B) may require and accept repayment for those personnel, facilities, and services. (2) The repayments must be deposited in the Treasury and credited to the appropriations currently used to pay for the services. (3) Regardless of any other law, United States Government personnel and stationery may not be used to ask for funding for the corporation. (b) Acceptance by Administrator.—The Administrator may accept the services of the corporation and its directors, officers, and employees as volunteers while performing functions authorized by this chapter. This may be done without applying title 5, chapters 33 and 51, subchapter III of chapter 53, and related regulations, and without paying them compensation from the Administration.
