The corporation may adopt rules and a seal, establish offices and chapters, handle property, publish materials, sue and be sued, and take other necessary or proper actions.
The corporation may: (1) adopt a constitution, bylaws, and regulations; (2) adopt and change a corporate seal; (3) adopt emblems and badges; (4) establish and maintain offices; (5) establish State and territorial organizations and local chapters or posts; (6) acquire, own, lease, encumber, and transfer needed property; (7) publish a newspaper and other publications serving its purposes; (8) sue and be sued; and (9) take any other necessary or proper action to carry out its purposes.
The corporation may—
adopt a constitution, bylaws, and regulations to carry out the purposes of the corporation;
adopt and alter a corporate seal;
adopt emblems and badges;
establish and maintain offices to conduct its activities;
establish State and territorial organizations and local chapter or post organizations;
acquire, own, lease, encumber, and transfer property as necessary to carry out the purposes of the corporation;
publish a newspaper and other publications devoted to the purposes of the corporation;
sue and be sued; and
do any other act necessary or proper to carry out the purposes of the corporation.
