The 82nd Airborne Division Association, a nonprofit incorporated in Illinois, gets a federal charter here. If the corporation breaks any rule in this chapter, that federal charter expires.
(a) Federal Charter. The 82nd Airborne Division Association, Incorporated — called "the corporation" in this chapter — is a nonprofit corporation incorporated in Illinois. This chapter gives it a federal charter.
(b) Expiration of Charter. If the corporation fails to follow any provision of this chapter, the charter this chapter grants expires.
82nd Airborne Division Association, Incorporated (in this chapter, the “corporation”), a nonprofit corporation incorporated in Illinois, is a federally chartered corporation.
If the corporation does not comply with any provision of this chapter, the charter granted by this chapter expires.
