Fleet Reserve Association is a federally chartered nonprofit corporation incorporated in Pennsylvania. Its charter expires if it fails to comply with this chapter.
(a) Fleet Reserve Association, called the “corporation” in this chapter, is a nonprofit corporation incorporated in Pennsylvania and is federally chartered. (b) If the corporation fails to comply with any part of this chapter, its charter expires.
Fleet Reserve Association (in this chapter, the “corporation”), a nonprofit corporation incorporated in Pennsylvania, is a federally chartered corporation.
If the corporation does not comply with any provision of this chapter, the charter granted by this chapter expires.
