This section federally charters Future Farmers of America and gives it perpetual existence unless an exception applies.
(a) Federal Charter. Future Farmers of America, called the “FFA” in this chapter, is a federally chartered corporation.
(b) Perpetual Existence. Unless this chapter provides otherwise, the FFA continues to exist permanently.
Future Farmers of America (in this chapter, the “FFA”) is a federally chartered corporation.
Except as otherwise provided, the FFA has perpetual existence.
