This section gives the FFA and its authorized chapters and associations exclusive rights to specified names, initials, seals, emblems, and badges.
The FFA and its authorized chapters and associations of chapters alone may use the names “Future Farmers of America” and “National FFA Organization,” the initials “FFA” to represent an agricultural-education membership organization, and the seals, emblems, and badges adopted by the FFA.
The FFA and its authorized chapters and associations of chapters have the exclusive right to use the names “Future Farmers of America” and “National FFA Organization,” 2 and the initials FFA as representing an agricultural education membership organization and seals, emblems, and badges the FFA adopts.
