This section directs remaining FFA assets after dissolution or final liquidation to agricultural-education students or a recognized educational foundation.
When the FFA dissolves or is finally liquidated, the board of directors must use assets left after all liabilities are paid for the benefit of agricultural-education students or transfer them to a recognized educational foundation.
On dissolution or final liquidation of the FFA, any assets remaining after the discharge of all liabilities shall be used by the board of directors for the benefit of students of agricultural education or be transferred to a recognized educational foundation.
