This section requires the corporation to have a constitution and allows bylaws governing membership, property, and affairs.
The corporation must have a constitution. It may adopt bylaws about admitting and qualifying members, managing its property, and regulating its affairs. It may change its constitution and bylaws.
The corporation shall have a constitution and may adopt bylaws for the admission and qualifications of members, the management of its property, and the regulation of its affairs. The corporation may amend its constitution and bylaws.
