This law shields the federal government from the foundation's debts. The government is not liable for the foundation's defaults or actions. The government's full faith and credit does not cover the foundation's obligations.
The United States Government is not liable for any of the foundation's debts, defaults, acts, or failures to act. The government's full faith and credit — its promise to back financial obligations — does not extend to anything the foundation owes.
The United States Government is not liable for any debts, defaults, acts, or omissions of the foundation. The full faith and credit of the Government does not extend to any obligation of the foundation.
