This law requires the Help America Vote Foundation to report yearly. The report goes to the Commission, President, and Congress after each fiscal year. It must include finances and feedback from student poll workers.
As soon as practical after each fiscal year ends, the foundation must send a report to the Election Assistance Commission, the President, and Congress, covering its activities during that year, including a full statement of its receipts, spending, and investments. The report must also include information gathered from participating secondary school students, describing the work they did helping local election officials and what value they got from that experience of learning about the electoral process.
As soon as practicable after the end of each fiscal year, the foundation shall submit a report to the Commission, the President, and Congress on the activities of the foundation during the prior fiscal year, including a complete statement of its receipts, expenditures, and investments. Such report shall contain information gathered from participating secondary school students describing the nature of the work they performed in assisting local election officials and the value they derived from the experience of educating participants about the electoral process.
