The Secretary must ensure that enough full-time Veterans Benefits Administration employees are assigned to quality-assurance work. The employees must be sufficient to perform their assigned quality-assurance responsibilities.
The Secretary* must ensure that the Veterans Benefits Administration has enough full-time employees assigned to quality-assurance functions under this subchapter to perform the functions for which they are responsible.
The Secretary* shall ensure that the number of full-time employees of the Veterans Benefits Administration assigned to quality assurance functions under this subchapter is adequate to perform the quality assurance functions for which they have responsibility.
