Postal Service officers and employees who inspect postal matters may administer oaths. The oaths must be required or authorized by law or regulation and concern matters before them in their official duties.
Postal Service officers and employees who perform duties related to inspecting postal matters may administer oaths that a law or regulation requires or authorizes, when the oaths concern a matter before them as part of their official duties.
Officers and employees of the Postal Service performing duties related to the inspection of postal matters may administer oaths required or authorized by law or regulation with respect to any matter coming before them in the performance of their official duties.
