This section governs executive departments to supply information. It sets the duties, permissions, limits, procedures, reports, or funding rules stated in the section.
People and governmental organizations allowed to use penalty mail must promptly provide the Postal Service with information it requests that is needed to carry out this chapter.
Persons and governmental organizations authorized to use penalty mail shall supply all information requested by the Postal Service necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter as soon as practicable after request therefor.
