The Administrator of General Services must act to cut motor vehicle storage and disposal costs. The Administrator must also recondition vehicles before selling them to get a better return.
The Administrator of General Services must take whatever action is needed to reduce motor vehicle* storage and disposal costs, and to improve how much money vehicle sales bring in, by running a program that reconditions vehicles before they're sold.
The Administrator of General Services shall take such actions as may be necessary to reduce motor vehicle* storage and disposal costs and to improve the rate of return on motor vehicle sales through a program of vehicle reconditioning prior to sale.
