This section requires the Administrator to report to Congress each year on executive agencies’ progress in carrying out the major-acquisition policy in section 3103(a). The assessment must use data from existing management systems.
The Administrator annually must submit to Congress an assessment of the progress made in executive agencies in implementing the policy regarding major acquisitions that is stated in section 3103(a) of this title . The Administrator must use data from existing management systems in making the assessment.
