The Secretary must report to Congress every year on activities under this part. The report must state the Secretary’s resulting findings, conclusions, and recommendations and is generally due within four months after the fiscal year ends.
The Secretary* must submit an annual report to Congress summarizing activities under this part and stating the Secretary’s findings, conclusions, and recommendations resulting from those activities. The report is due no later than four months after the end of each fiscal year. For fiscal year 1993, it was due no later than six months after the fiscal year ended.
The Secretary* shall submit a report to the Congress annually, summarizing the activities carried out under this part and setting forth the findings, conclusions, and recommendations of the Secretary as a result of the activities. The report shall be submitted not later than 4 months after the end of each fiscal year (except that, in the case of fiscal year 1993, the report shall be submitted not later than 6 months after the end of the fiscal year).
