Employers, employment agencies, unions, and joint labor-management committees covered by this law must post notices about it. The notices must be in an accessible format for applicants, employees, and members. They must follow the posting method set by section 2000e–10.
Every employer*, employment agency, labor organization, or joint labor-management committee covered by this law must post notices. The notices must describe the rules of this chapter that apply. They must be in an accessible format, so applicants, employees, and members can read them. And they must be posted the way section 2000e–10 of this title requires.
Every employer*, employment agency, labor organization, or joint labor-management committee covered under this subchapter shall post notices in an accessible format to applicants, employees, and members describing the applicable provisions of this chapter, in the manner prescribed by section 2000e–10 of this title.
