Anyone who offers licensing exams or courses must make them accessible. This applies to school, professional, or trade credentials. If the exam location isn't accessible, the provider must offer another accessible option.

Anyone who offers exams or courses for secondary school, college, professional, or trade licenses must make them accessible to people with disabilities. That means holding the exam or course somewhere accessible and in an accessible way. If that's not possible, the provider must offer another arrangement that is accessible instead.
Any person that offers examinations or courses related to applications, licensing, certification, or credentialing for secondary or postsecondary education, professional, or trade purposes shall offer such examinations or courses in a place and manner accessible to persons with disabilities or offer alternative accessible arrangements for such individuals.
