The Commissioner runs the programs in this part through the Administration on Children, Youth, and Families. The Commissioner may also ask several other federal officials, including the Secretaries of Education, Labor, and Housing, for technical help and cooperation.
(a) In general. The Commissioner* administers the programs under this part through the Administration on Children, Youth, and Families.
(b) Technical assistance. While running this part, the Commissioner may ask for technical help and cooperation from the Secretary* of Education, the Secretary of Labor, the Attorney General, the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, the Secretary of Transportation, the Director* of the Office of Community Services, and any other federal agencies or departments that fit the situation.
The Commissioner* shall administer programs under this part through the Administration on Children, Youth, and Families.
In carrying out this part, the Commissioner may request the technical assistance and cooperation of the Secretary* of Education, the Secretary of Labor, the Attorney General, the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, the Secretary of Transportation, the Director* of the Office of Community Services, and such other agencies and departments of the Federal Government as may be appropriate.
