This section defines two terms used in this subchapter. "Conference" means the 1993 White House Conference on Children, Youth, and Families, and "child," "youth," and "young individual" all mean someone under 21 years old.
For purposes of this subchapter—
the term “Conference” means the 1993 White House Conference on Children, Youth, and Families; and
the terms “child”, “youth”, and “young individual” means 1 an individual who is less than 21 years of age.
