The Secretary must set uniform recordkeeping and reporting rules for jurisdictions. Subsection (b) of this section has been omitted from the code.
(a) Uniform requirements: The Secretary* must develop and set uniform recordkeeping, performance reporting, and auditing requirements for participating jurisdictions to use.
(b) Omitted: This subsection has been left out of the published code text.
The Secretary* shall develop and establish uniform recordkeeping, performance reporting, and auditing requirements for use by participating jurisdictions.
