42 U.S.C. § 13105 — Source Reduction Clearinghouse

(a) Authority — The Administrator must set up a Source Reduction Clearinghouse, including a computer database, with information on managing, applying, and running source reduction efforts. The Administrator must use the clearinghouse to: (1) act as a hub for sharing source reduction technology; (2) run active outreach and education programs with states, to spread source reduction technologies; and (3) gather and organize information that states receiving section 13104 grants report about how their source reduction programs work and succeed. (b) Public availability — The Administrator must make public any source reduction information gathered under this chapter, plus other relevant information and analysis on source reduction the Administrator has. The database must let anyone enter and look up information.
