This section addresses Definitions. It sets out the requirements, permissions, definitions, limits, and other rules stated in the section.
In this subchapter:
(1) Developmental disability The term “developmental disability” has the meaning given the term in section 15002 of this title.
(2) Institution of higher education The term “institution of higher education” has the meaning given the term in section 1141 1 of title 20.
(3) Secretary “Secretary” means the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
In this subchapter:
