The Secretary can write regulations to run the CIFIA program. The Secretary decides which regulations are appropriate.
This section gives the Secretary* authority to issue whatever regulations the Secretary decides are appropriate to carry out the CIFIA program*. It does not list required topics, limits, or a deadline for issuing regulations — it is a general grant of rulemaking power, not a specific rule in itself.
The Secretary* may promulgate such regulations as the Secretary determines to be appropriate to carry out the CIFIA program*.
