42 U.S.C. § 17303 — Enforcement by the Federal Trade Commission

The Federal Trade Commission enforces this part as if applicable Federal Trade Commission Act terms were included in it. Violations are treated as unfair or deceptive acts or practices under the cited FTC Act rule.
(a) The FTC must enforce this part in the same way, by the same means, and with the same jurisdiction as if all applicable terms of the Federal Trade Commission Act were incorporated into it. (b) Violating any provision is treated as an unfair or deceptive act or practice prohibited under a rule issued under section 18(a)(1)(B) of that Act.
This part shall be enforced by the Federal Trade Commission in the same manner, by the same means, and with the same jurisdiction as though all applicable terms of the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. 41 et seq.) were incorporated into and made a part of this part.
The violation of any provision of this part shall be treated as an unfair or deceptive act or practice proscribed under a rule issued under section 18(a)(1)(B) of the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. 57a(a)(1)(B)).
