Congress authorizes appropriations of whatever amounts are needed for the Secretary’s administrative expenses under this chapter.
For each fiscal year, Congress may appropriate whatever amounts the Secretary* needs for the Secretary’s administrative expenses under this chapter.
There are hereby authorized to be appropriated for any fiscal year such sums as may be necessary to the Secretary* for the Secretary’s administrative expense under this chapter.
