Within 30 days of the law's enactment, HHS must publish a list online. The list must show every power the law gives to the Secretary.
No later than 30 days after March 23, 2010, the Secretary* of Health and Human Services must publish, on the Department of Health and Human Services website, a list of all of the authorities this Act (and its amendments) gives to the Secretary.
Not later than 30 days after March 23, 2010, the Secretary* of Health and Human Services shall publish on the Internet website of the Department of Health and Human Services, a list of all of the authorities provided to the Secretary under this Act (and the amendments made by this Act).
