The Director must regularly review Foundation directorates and divisions. These reviews weigh the costs and benefits of keeping old research facilities running. This applies to facilities that have outlasted their planned lifespan.
The Director* must periodically carry out reviews within each Foundation directorate and division. These reviews assess the costs and benefits of continuing to operate research facilities that have already outlasted how long they were originally planned to run.
The Director* shall periodically carry out reviews within each of the directorates and divisions to assess the cost and benefits of extending the operations of research facilities that have exceeded their planned operational lifespan.
