42 U.S.C. § 285c–7 — Biennial report

The Director of the Institute must include a description of the Institute's activities in the biennial report required under section 284b. That description must cover: (1) work done under the current diabetes plan, made under the National Diabetes Mellitus Research and Education Act; and (2) work done under the current digestive diseases plan, made under the Arthritis, Diabetes, and Digestive Diseases Amendments of 1976. The Director's description must also evaluate the activities of the research centers supported under section 285c–5.
