This law creates the National Vaccine Program inside Health and Human Services. Its goal is to prevent infectious diseases through immunization and reduce vaccine side effects. A Director chosen by the Secretary runs the Program.
The Secretary* must set up a National Vaccine Program inside the Department of Health and Human Services. Its goals are to achieve the best possible prevention of human infectious diseases through immunization, and to achieve the best possible prevention of bad reactions to vaccines. The Secretary picks a Director* to run the Program.
The Secretary* shall establish in the Department of Health and Human Services a National Vaccine Program to achieve optimal prevention of human infectious diseases through immunization and to achieve optimal prevention against adverse reactions to vaccines. The Program shall be administered by a Director* selected by the Secretary.
